We have designed a completely modern, yet authentic, wooden house, atop a tree. It offers you breath-taking views of the grandeur of the Himalayan mountains, the sweet sound of birds singing, fresh crisp air, and cozy interiors. It is also affixed with a completely modern bath and toilet!

Cottage unit 3 is constructed in stone masonry based on an antique kullu style which is a mixture of both wood and stone. The view of the valley from this cottage is an ultimate experience. The view from the attic is excellent. It consists of two bedrooms with attached western restrooms. A well equipped kitchen is available along with dining. Also available is an L shaped Veranda to enjoy the surrounding fruit and flower garden.

Private Cottage unit # 1

Cottage unit – 1 is amidst a beautiful flower garden with tall trees. You are treated to an absorbing valley view, with the Himalays towering over you. It has two bedrooms with attached tub bath, an equipped kitchen, a dining room,a Sitting room ,and a verandah.The glorious garden is yours for exploring and you and your friends and family can get together for a bon fire night and talk about the tales and wonders of Himalayas!

Cottage unit 2 has equally cosy and comfy interiors, rooms with independent accessories and a separate kitchen suite. The view from windows is refreshingly enchanting. It consists of three rooms(with heaters), a fully equipped kitchen, a verandah, and western bathrooms. This cottage is set between apple, plum and walnut orchards, with plenty of room for camp fires.

Cottage unit 4 is constructed in stone masonry mixture of both wood and stone. The view of the valley from this cottage balcony is Excellent. It consists of One Master bedroom with attached western wash room. A well equipped kitchen is available. Also available is an Veranda to enjoy the surrounding fruit and flower garden.

Why is meditation important?

⤕ Today there has been so much unrest all around that everyone is living in constant tension, worry, and trouble. As a result of this along with physical and mental illness, spiritual development also stops. Because stress is the cause of many diseases and meditation reduces stress, so meditation keeps the body healthy. Meditation gives deep relaxation which increases the energy of the body. Having an energetic body, increases the immunity of the body. Meditation brings inner happiness and peace, which has a positive effect on our work efficiency and interpersonal relationships.

We all have a curiosity to know the source from where we have come. Within every person, there is a curiosity to know about the soul, the Supreme Soul, and the answers to many questions in this context. In the journey of birth after birth, there remains such a thirst, the satisfaction of which is the aim of our life.

Worldly life also Meditation is increasingly important in today’s fast-paced world due to its numerous benefits. Meditation offers a respite from the fast-paced modern world, enabling stress reduction, improved focus, emotional well-being, enhanced creativity, and better overall health. Integrating meditation into daily life has become increasingly essential to navigate challenges and find inner balance in today’s society.

How to meditate.

Today meditation has become such an inexplicable puzzle in itself. With my 33 years of experience, efforts, and spiritual practice, I have been able to solve this mystery.

What is meditation and how can it be done easily..? For this, I have discovered some methods which I got as a divine boon after these 33 years of spiritual practice, these methods are proving beneficial for humanity today. We need physical and mental relaxation and spiritual growth. To grow in these three dimensions, these methods can be learned by taking small sessions of three days.

Successful meditation cannot be done by reading, seeing or listening to the topic of meditation, for this the presence of an experienced teacher is essential.

ध्यान क्यूँ ज़रूरी है?

आज चारों ओर इतनी अशांति बढ़ गयी है कि हर कोई सतत तनाव, चिंता और परेशानी में जी रहा है। जिसके परिणामस्वरूप शारीरिक और मानसिक अस्वस्थता के साथ आध्यात्मिक विकास भी रुक गया है ।

* तनाव बहुत सी बीमारियों का कारण है और ध्यान तनाव को कम करता है इसलिये ध्यान से शरीर स्वस्थ रहता है.
* ध्यान बहुत गहरा विश्राम देता है जिससे शरीर की ऊर्जा बढ़ती है। ऊर्जावान शरीर होने से, शरीर की इम्यूनिटी बढ़ जाती है।

* ध्यान आंतरिक प्रसन्नता और शांति प्रदान करता है,जिसका हमारी कार्यकुशलता और आपसी संबंधों पर सकारात्मक प्रभाव पड़ता है।

* हम सब के अंदर उस स्त्रोत को जानने की उत्सुकता होती है जहाँ से हम आये हैं। प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के भीतर , आत्मा, परमात्मा तथा इस सन्दर्भ में अनेकों प्रश्नों के उत्तर जानने की जिज्ञासा रहती है. जन्म जन्मांतर की यात्रा में एक ऐसी प्यास  रहती है जिसकी तृप्ति हमरे जीवन का लक्ष्य है।

ध्यान कैसे करें

आज ध्यान अपने आप में एक  अबूझ पहेली बन गया है। मैं अपने 33 सालों के अनुभवों, प्रयास और साधना से इस गुत्थी को सुलझाने में समर्थ हुआ हूँ।
ध्यान क्या है और इसे सरलता से कैसे किया जा सकता है..?  इसके लिए  मैंने कुछ विधियाँ खोजी हैं। इन 33 सालों की साधना के बाद ईश्वरीय वरदान के रूप में मुझे प्राप्त हुईं ये विधियां आज मानवता के लिए कल्याणकारी सिद्ध हो रही है।

हमें physical, mental relaxation और spiritual growth चाहिए। इन तीनों आयामों में विकसित होने के लिए तीन दिन के छोटे – छोटे sessions लगा कर सफ़लता प्राप्त की जा सकती है।

ध्यान के विषय में पढ़ कर, देख कर, सुन कर  सफल ध्यान नहीं किया जा सकता। ध्यान में सफल होने के लिए ध्यान में पारंगत सिखाने वाले का सानिध्य अनिवार्य है जो इस यात्रा में ध्यानी को अपने अनुभवों के साथ आगे बढ़ने में सहयोग प्रदान कर सके।

सत्यं ज्ञानमनन्तं ब्रह्मा॥ (Satyam Jnanam Anantam Brahma) Meaning: “Truth, knowledge, and infinity is Brahman.”
